Meet Our Team

Equine Human Mindfullness Rex

Rex

This is Rex, our smallest little man here, only 7yrs old. He’s a gorgeous little fella who can be quite shy and tends to stand back a little but he’s always watching what you’re doing. Rex came to us as a rescue pony and like all ponies he loves his food.  Unfortunately, that was his undoing. Rex is closely monitored with his food now and he’s happy, loves a good pat and being with his pony mates.

Equine Human Mindfulness ginger

Ginger

Ginger our little teddy bear, is short, round and full of cuddles. He’s the first to come up to you looking for a scratch. Ginger has spent his life with children and loves company not only with his pony friends but also people. Getting on a bit at 20yrs you wouldn’t know it by the way he runs around. If you sit in the paddock he will always be curious and make his way to you..

Equine Human Mindfulness-Saxon.jpg

Saxon

Meet Saxon, our biggest boy here with the most beautiful personality; the gentle giant. Saxon has done many trail rides and loves getting out in the bush for a day. With a laid back temperament there’s not much that phases him. He’s a big spunk with a marshmallow heart.

Equine Human Mindfulness Kryptonite

Kryptonite

Kryptonite is our youngest here, at 6yrs, a very quirky loveable boy. Kryptonite started as a school pony but was quick to let us know that was not what he enjoyed so he came to live with us. Kryptonite is also my riding horse and loves to get out in the bush, very inquisitive, watching and following you around checking on what you’re doing. A sweet boy; but will let you know when he’s not enjoying himself.

Equine Human Mindfulness elle

Elle

Elle is our oldest girl here at 28 years old. She has been with me since she was 4 years old. A big, powerful girl who is always happy to greet you and lower her head for a scratch She’s a gentle soul with a beautiful personality, but don’t be fooled if she’s not happy, as she will let you know in a heartbeat. Elle has had three foals and was the best mum to her babies. Sharing the experience of being with her as she brought new life into this world was one of the most exquisite moments that I have ever had the pleasure of experiencing.

Equine Human Mindfulness hush

Hush

Meet our little old man Hush. He just worms his way into your heart and melts it. Hush spent much of his life as a school pony, it seemed only fit for him to come and live with us in his retirement, now well into his 20’s and loving life. Hush is a nervy type of pony and gets quite anxious at times,  so our goal here is to remind Hush everyday he’s safe and will be looked after for the rest of his life.
